Privacy Policy & refunds

Full payment is needed to confirm your reservation. The charge onto your credit card will be made at the time your reservation is processed. Upon receipt and checking that all the information is correct, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by email.

All cancellations and changes to your booking must be sent in writing by email or fax directly to the Lodge and are subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellation Policy.

Check-in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is at 10:00 hours.

Pets are not permitted unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.

Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, location etc.) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at check-in time.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, we must enforce a cancellation and no-show policy. Cancellations are effective on the date that a written notice is received via E-mail at our office. Any cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to info@hotspringslodgecr.com.

All cancellations and amendments to your booking must be made by email or fax directly to the Lodge, and are subject to the policies below.

• Cancellations made beyond 60 days prior to check-in date will qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellation made between 60 days to 30 days prior to check-in date will qualify for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the check in date.
• No refund will be issued in case of “no show”
• No refund will be issued in case of early check out or unused portions of packages

Package Inclusion:
Airfare from your home to SJO and from SJO is not part of the package and the Lodge is not responsible for any amounts thereof. Please check your air courier’s cancellation policy.

Impossibility of performance:
It is agreed that Hot Springs Lodge Costa Rica regrets that it cannot make exceptions to the reservation and cancellation policy for any reason, except for event of natural disasters, fire, strike lockout, order of government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond its control.

Privacy policy:
Hot Springs Lodge Costa Rica will maintain that any and all information regarding our guests will remain private only to our facility. This information will be used solely by Hot Springs Lodge Costa Rica. All information entered into the site will not be provided to any other source.
